These terms cover how the pk15 platform works, what you agree to when you create an account, and what you can expect from us in return. They are written to be readable rather than deliberately complex. If something is unclear, the FAQ section has plain-language answers to the most common questions.

Account Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use pk15. One account per person is permitted. Providing false information during registration results in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on pk15 are processed in PKR. Supported channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards. Processing times and minimum amounts are set out in the full terms and the FAQ.
Bonus Terms
All promotional offers on pk15 carry specific wagering requirements, time limits and game restrictions. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met. Read each offer's individual terms before claiming.
Fair Play and Game Rules

These terms form the complete agreement between you and pk15 regarding your use of the platform. They apply in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions, games or features, which will be stated where relevant. In the event of a conflict, specific terms take precedence over these general terms for the matter they specifically address.
By completing registration on pk15, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that all information you have provided is accurate and truthful.
To register an account on pk15 you must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Accounts created by individuals under the age of 18 will be closed and any funds deposited may be returned after identity verification, subject to review.
You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, contact details and a valid payment method. pk15 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Accounts where identity cannot be confirmed may be suspended until verification is completed.
Only one account per person is permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, pk15 may close the additional account or accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and in cases of deliberate abuse, suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without obligation to return funds earned through bonus activity on duplicate accounts.
Your pk15 account is personal to you and may not be transferred to or used by another person. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have promptly reported a security concern to the pk15 support team.
pk15 accounts are denominated in PKR. All displayed balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and winnings are in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion applied to transactions made through the supported payment channels.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pk15 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to you via the withdrawal method on file, subject to standard verification checks. Bonus funds that have not been converted to real money through completed wagering requirements are not withdrawable and are cancelled at the time of closure.
pk15 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Mobile wallets are processed through the respective payment integrations and in most cases funds are credited within a few minutes of a successful transaction.
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible. pk15 does not accept third-party payments — deposits must come from an account or payment method that is registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above certain thresholds may require additional identity verification. pk15 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated at the point of request, though bank transfer processing times are subject to the receiving institution's schedule.
Funds deposited by a third party — even a family member — cannot be withdrawn and may be subject to account review. Only deposit from your own JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account.
All bets placed on the pk15 sports betting section are subject to the market-specific rules displayed at the time of betting. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player, except where a cash-out option is actively available on that particular wager. Odds are taken at the time the bet is placed and confirmed — not at any earlier or later price.
Sport betting results are settled according to the official result from the relevant governing body — the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket, the ICC for international fixtures, FIFA for football and the respective publishers or tournament organisers for esports events. In the event of a match abandonment, bets are settled in accordance with the market-specific rules in force at the time of placement, which may result in void bets and stake returns.
Slot games and casino products on pk15 use certified random number generation. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are stated in the game information panel. All game outcomes are independently determined and pk15 does not alter game mechanics after they have been certified by the provider.
In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including connectivity loss on the player's side or a server interruption on the pk15 side — the platform will attempt to restore the session to its pre-fault state. Where this is not possible, the bet is voided and the stake returned. pk15 is not responsible for connectivity issues originating with your mobile carrier or internet service provider.
From time to time pk15 makes promotional offers available to registered players. Each promotion has its own terms covering the claim method, eligible games or markets, wagering requirement, time limit, maximum withdrawal from bonus funds and any minimum odds conditions applicable to sports bets.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date are cancelled without compensation. Real-money funds in your account are not affected by bonus expiry.
pk15 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel a promotion at any time. This includes situations where there is evidence that a promotion is being abused — for example, through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-variance play designed purely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other players to exploit offer structures.
If you have an active bonus on your account, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement has been met, or you may choose to forfeit the remaining bonus balance in order to process a withdrawal of your real-money balance. This option is available in your account settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your pk15 account credentials. This means choosing a password that is not used on other platforms, not sharing your login details with any other person, and logging out from shared devices after each session.
pk15 will never ask for your password through any channel — not by email, live chat, phone or any other means. If you receive a communication purporting to be from pk15 that requests your password or payment details, treat it as suspicious and contact support directly through the platform.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pk15 support immediately. We will initiate a security review, which may include temporarily suspending your account and requesting identity verification before restoring full access.
pk15 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. The platform is for adults aged 18 and above, and it is intended as entertainment rather than a financial activity. Betting and gaming are not reliable ways to generate income, and you should never bet more than you can afford to lose.
pk15 provides tools in your account settings that allow you to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, apply session time reminders, and initiate a self-exclusion period if you feel you need to step away from the platform for a period of time. The following are not permitted on pk15 and may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:
pk15 provides the platform on an as-is basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available and functioning reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may affect availability from time to time.
pk15's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your pk15 account at the time of the relevant incident. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
pk15 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or through a notice on the platform. The updated terms will specify the date from which they take effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with material changes, you may close your account before they take effect and withdraw any real-money balance held at that time.
